As always, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Orders typically ship out within 1 business day. Orders placed after 5PM Mountain Time, ship out the following business day. Weekend orders will ship on Mondays. If you have any questions about shipping times please don’t hesitate to get in touch. When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number.
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $75 USD. Shipping costs for domestic orders under $75 will be calculated via USPS based on shipping destination.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In order to streamline return/exchange procedures, Mountain Cub follows the following guidelines.
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure items fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund or store credit. Items can be returned after this 30 day time frame for store credit only. Free shipping is not offered for returns. No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note (or original packing slip) including the order number and name associated with the order.
Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed once received, and 1-3 business days for credit/refund to be processed.
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email Stephanie@mtncubboutique.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
